hmm outside of thailand though? idk i feel like most ppl like bam a lot as a member of got7 but they're not too personally invested in him the way they are in, say, mark or jb
but yeah a lot of the ppl shitting on bam bc of this are not fans of either group or are general gg stans

he does have a small following in cfandom/kfandom/western fandom but thai fans are idk maybe 40% of general fandom and hes toptier there so his concentrated thai fanbase makes up for other areas a lot

in general kpop fandom hes probably already gained a messy rep to people who only know got7 casually so its gonna be a lot of negativity bc its him
