np and good luck! i think one thing that helps me is eating 5 small meals a day and always preplanning what im gonna eat. i take rest days/week and they are always important for letting your muscles heal. you should use an app like my fitness pal or lose it to keep track of your food it makes things easier! hmm some more advice i would recommend is drinking before and after you eat, be conscious of your sugar intake, check out xxfitness on reddit it's a great place, if you are ever short calories eat almonds to fill it up, weekly calories matter more than daily, take a multi vitamin, protein is vital and it can't be stressed enough, weigh yourself at the same time after you have gone to the washroom only cause your weight will naturally fluctuate, and don't care about your weight when your period is about to come or it has come

if you do start working out more then just know it it's normal to have an increased appetite cause that usually trips people up when they experience it. for your goals weight training over cardio will be beneficial. ik you said you have an injury but work on your squats, deadlifts, lunges etc in the meanwhile. try at home workout youtube vids from popsugar, blogilates, fitness blender or rebecca louise they have some videos for beginners/intermediates too
